Loot in the Loft

Having trouble Using The Loft?? - Get Help Here

Can't find it ? then contact us with your question.

Loot in The Loft is simple to use and navigate through.

Click the links on the navigation bar above (Home, Buy, Sell, etc) to jump to the relevant pages. Once there you will find everything to do with that page explained in more detail, but in brief here is a list of where each link goes:

Home:
Takes you to the home page, the page you first saw when you entered Loot in The Loft. There you can perform searches, either site-wide or by category, for that item you need.

Buy:
This link will take you straight to the Buyers pages. As on the Home page you can search for your item here or browse to your heart's content (maybe to research prices for a future sale of your own?).

Sell:
A link straight to the Sellers pages. Construct your advert here, pay the insertion fee, then upload it to the Loot in The Loft database. Your advert will then appear in the Buyers pages. Easy Peasy.

Blog:
Check out my Blog page. Here I have been known to ramble on about this and that, updates for the site and credits to members who suggest improvements.

Help:
Pretty obvious, takes you to the Help pages (you must have clicked this link initially to get here!!). We've tried to include quite extensive help but these pages will be continually updated in response to any other questions we receive via our Contact Us pages.

Contact Us:
If you need to contact us for any reason, you can do so via this link. Once on the 'contact us' page, please use the link which most closely relates to your subject. i.e., for general questions or suggestions contact us via the info@lootintheloft.com link.

Sign In:
Before you can buy or sell with Loot in The Loft you will need to sign in. This link will take you to the Sign In pages where you can enter your User ID and password.

Register:
Before you can buy or sell with Loot in The Loft you will need to become a member of 'The Loft' community. This link will take you to the Registration pages where you can register for membership - easily and for FREE.

Search Field:
A search field which, if you enter two to three keywords of the item you are looking for, will take you to the Buyers pages. Once there, the results of your search request will be displayed. The Advanced Search link opens a page where you can refine your search criteria to search for items from, for example, one particular seller or items in your area.

Get our newsletter:

A shortcut for you to request our newsletter. You don't have to Sign In or even be a member of the 'Loot in The Loft community to receive this, simply submit your email address by pressing the "Go!" button and we will add you to our mailing list.

Note: Your email address will be only be used for the sole purpose of sending our newsletter to you !!

If you need any other help and you can't find the answer either here or in our Frequently Asked Questions pages, please email customer support and we will answer your questions by return email.
