When you buy pixel blocks you will not own any part of this site. You are granted the right to submit an image and website link which will then be published on the selected pixels page / location in the space you have paid for. At no point does an advertiser own any part of the Pixelvillas.com web site. Payment is for showing the advert, not ownership of the space in which it resides.

All links must be to webpages and must start with http://

No obscene / offensive / adult images / links will be accepted. If you submit an image or link that is later found to break this condition, you will be asked to provide an alternative. NO money will be refunded and the pixels will be sold to another party if you are unable to provide an alternative link / image.

If at any time you change the content of the linked site you must notify Pixelvillas.com, so we are aware of the change and that your new content does not violate our rules. No obscene / offensive / adult images / linked sites are allowed. If you violate this condition your image / link will be removed immediately and you will be contacted to provide an alternative link / image. You will not in any way receive a refund of monies paid due to the link downtime and the pixels will be sold to another party if you are unable to provide an alternative link / image.

If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the pixel page, you will be allowed to do that, but you will not receive a refund of monies paid and the pixels will become available for sale.

You must have the authority / copyright for the image and website link you submit. If you do not and we become aware of this, your pixel ad will be removed and no refund of monies paid will be given
